Gratitude Preserve is a 168 acre private estate that was established in 2004. Situated across from Happy Cow Creamery, 5 minutes from CityScape Winery, and conveniently located just 25 minutes from downtown Greenville.
The property boasts a rich history, a purpose rooted in equine use and enjoyment, and expansive views that speak for themselves. Gratitude Preserve simply stated is one-of-a-kind, yet we do not ask you to take our word for it.

We are three sisters — the second generation of owners and operators of Gratitude Preserve — founded in 2004 by our beautiful mother, Stephanie Joan Croley March 1, 1962 - April 4, 2014. We are ready to help and serve all those that find their way to Gratitude Preserve, whether that be for an event, boarding, or a unique stay.
Together with a group of eco-friendly land planning professionals*, our goal has been and is to intentionally preserve the 168 acres that comprise GP. Not only to provide cohesion and safety to all those who wish to experience it, but in the spirit of gratitude, to leave it better than we found it, just like she did.
